I often catch colds easily and tend to feel fatigued. However, I feel this product has a noticeable effect in preventing the common cold when I take it continuously rather than stopping and starting.

I am a cancer survivor and have used Cell Forte Max 3 for a few years to support my immune system. When colleagues have colds or flu, I take the maximum recommended capsules to fortify my immunity. This approach seems effective, as I rarely catch the common cold or flu. I usually take 6 to 8 capsules daily, increasing the dose when someone is unwell around me. My family and friends use it for immune defence, too.
